Beijing Capital Investment and Honfund jointly announced in Shanghai that both parties would enter into a letter of intent on listing matters of Honfund. Honfund will become a strategic shareholder of Capital Investment, thus expanding its investment business in Hong Kong. But both parties didn’t disclose specific investment amount.
Honfund is a financial service institution that mainly provides services to investment banks, PE investments, private securities investments and enterprises’ IPOs. It is dedicated to investing in the Chinese enterprises with high growth potential, i.e. large agriculture, large consumption, new materials, new manufacturing industry and new technology.
