Go Joo-won leaves Open World Entertainment

19 Aug – It was revealed that former Open World Entertainment star, actor Go Joo-won recently signed an exclusive contract with another agency, TNC Entertainment.

Koreaboo website revealed that the actor decided to sign with TNC Entertainment since his contract with the controversial agency expires this year. The actor, who enlisted in the army on 18 November 2010 will resume his activities under TNC Entertainment after discharge.

Open World Entertainment (OWE) gained infamy after its CEO, Jang Seok-woo was arrested for sexual harassment earlier this year. Last week, Jang was sentenced to a six year in prison for his crime – tainting the agency’s name once and for all.

Other OWE’s resident star that has left the building is Shin Ji-su who signed with a new agency called Shinjjang Company.
