Macau University of Science and Technology recommends that the Government should continue to strengthen the awareness of energy conservation, energy conservation behavior, energy-saving methods of propaganda and education, and from the building energy efficiency standards, energy efficiency labeling guidelines, and then try to pass legislation to implement mandatory energy conservation measures.
