Sri Lanka proposed “Zheng He exhibition hall” to attract Chinese tourists

Sri Lanka Tourism Board announced the plan to build an exhibition hall in the Place Western southern coastal city of Galle Maritime Museum, devoted to the Chinese navigator Zheng He visit the deeds of Sri Lanka in order to attract more Chinese tourists.

According to the Sri Lanka Tourism Board Secretary Gorda and tile, Zheng He in 1409 had visited Sri Lanka in Galle, erected a “Zheng He Busch monument” to commemorate the above book with Chinese characters, Tamil and Persian. This stele intact in the National Museum of Sri Lanka.

Gorda and tile, said: “We should make full preparations for the reception of more Chinese tourists.” (Reporter Liu political and military)
